Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume launches, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping

• Shipping options and delivery estimates are shown at checkout.
• Once shipped, you will receive tracking details when available.
• Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays.

Returns & exchanges

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery for unworn items in original condition with packaging and tags intact. If an exchange is available, we’ll help you swap sizes or styles.

• Final sale items are not eligible for return.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection.

Damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll make it right.
